We took the suite on the 8th floor which has a big bedroom and a spacious living room. The sofa bed in the living room that was mentioned while booking was actually a regular sofa but the hotel added an extra single bed without charging for it. Huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. Great views of the all city from the windows as the hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from the lower station of the funicular train at the top of the old city. It means also that you need to walk back up once going down to the city, but it's a nice walk in the small streets of old Tbilisi. And taxis are very cheap (use Bolt).

Fine Astoria exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking! The location is perfect — close to everything you need, whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, clearly prepared with love and attention to detail. Fine Astoria is not just a hotel — it’s a place where you truly feel like a valued guest. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

Location is very good, a bit on top from the main street, but still very very close to the main Liberty Square and Old city. The premises are very impressive, kind of "stalin" sizes of the sealings, the rooms are wide and the windows are panoramic, the view to Tbilisi is fantastic!

Modern finish, spacious room in quiet neighbourhood. Good breakfast buffet open till late (11:00) was good for slow starters like us. Pool was small but nice to have a dip between a tour of the city and heading out for dinner.

I recently stayed at Pine astoria and had a wonderful experience overall. The location was perfect,making it easy to explore the city. the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Georgia

On a quiet road with good views over the city. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill and is only a 10 minute walk to Liberty Square but the walk back uphill was slightly challenging. A good selection for breakfast in the local cuisine. The pool is available from 10 am to 10 pm. Housekeeping was quick and efficient and reception were very helpful. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Tbilisi, and this one was mid priced and I considered it to be good value for money.

I want to say a big thank you to the staff for the amazing service, the hotel has an extraordinary view and location, the breakfast is very good, the service is very good, the staff is friendly and ready to help you. The rooms are clean and tidy, most importantly, they are filled with all the necessary things. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Georgia.
